Embodied Breast Care (In Person)

Service Description

This nourishing session offers a gentle introduction to breast care as an embodied practice. Miranda will guide you through self-massage with breath, intentional touch and simple techniques you can continue at home. You remain in choice throughout the session, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. You are guided to touch your own body, allowing the practice to cultivate self intimacy and be led by your own experience. You will leave with a simple breast care ritual you can return to at home, along with a greater sense of connection to your body. Please note that this session is conducted in a professional manner. The practice is client-led and may be explored over clothing or directly on the skin, depending on what feels comfortable for you. Miranda provides verbal guidance and demonstrates on her own body but does not touch your breasts. Any adjustment of clothing is entirely your choice, and your boundaries and consent are respected throughout. This session is not offered during pregnancy and is intended for general wellbeing, not medical assessment or treatment. Please consult your GP or an appropriate healthcare practitioner about breast pain, lumps or unusual changes, inflammation, fever, suspected mastitis or other breast health concerns.
