ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Miranda Cheng
I’m an Intimacy, Pleasure & S*x (Re)Educator, Integrative Pelvic Care Provider and Pelvic Floor Bodyworker, certified in The Fembodiment™ Method and Holistic Pelvic Care™.
My work sits at the intersection of sexuality, pleasure, education and pelvic care. I support women, people with vulvas and couples to better understand their bodies, explore their sexuality and discover what better sex means for them.
I believe pleasure can be part of healing, but it can also be about curiosity, play, connection, exploration or simply discovering more about yourself.
For more than a decade, my work has been shaped by embodiment, yoga, meditation and somatic practice, alongside ongoing study in sexuality and pelvic care.
Over time, my attention kept returning to the pelvis and to how rarely we're given the language, education or space to understand this part of ourselves.
Today, I work with clients online across Australia and around the world, alongside offering hands-on Pelvic Care in person.
MY APPROACH
Every part of you is welcome
I approach sexuality, pleasure, intimacy and pelvic care through a holistic lens, recognising that our experiences are shaped by more than any one part of us.
There’s no single formula for this work. Our sessions are collaborative and shaped by you, your experiences, your questions, your body and what feels appropriate to explore.
We might work with conversation and education, or bring attention to sensation, movement, breath, pleasure, boundaries and the ways your body responds. There is space to slow things down, notice what’s happening and get curious about what you find.
Rather than telling you what your experience means or what your body should be doing, my role is to offer information, practices and support while you remain the authority on your own experience.
We work at a pace that feels safer or safe enough for you, with choice and agency throughout.
The Fembodiment™ Method
By Jenni Mears.
The Fembodiment™ Method brings together sexuality education, nervous system awareness, somatic practice, mindful sexuality and pelvic care to explore sexuality through the lived experience of the body. It’s the sex education many of us never had, with space to better understand your body, your pleasure, your desires and the ways you experience sexuality.
The work can support you to explore sensation and pleasure, understand what you want, communicate your needs and boundaries, and become more curious about the ways your body responds. There is no single outcome you’re expected to reach. For some people this work is part of healing. For others, it’s about pleasure, exploration, education, connection or simply getting to know themselves differently.
Holistic Pelvic Care™
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a hands-on pelvic care practice developed by Tami Lynn Kent, M.S. Physical Therapy, that brings together gentle pelvic floor bodywork, breath and energetic approaches to pelvic wellbeing.
Sessions offer space to explore your relationship with your pelvis through sensation, awareness and touch, and may support experiences such as pelvic floor tension, changes after birth, scar tissue, discomfort or changes in sensation.
The work is collaborative and guided by your experience, with choice and consent throughout. You don't need to arrive with a particular problem or goal.
Holistic Pelvic Care™ can also be explored as a way of developing greater awareness of your pelvis and your own embodied experience.
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is offered in person in Bulli and Bondi Beach.
My services are not designed to be a replacement or substitute for a licensed medical professional.
If you have recently experienced or been affected by a difficult or traumatic experience,
please do not delay in seeking advice & guidance from a qualified health professional.
