Holistic Sexology &
Pelvic Care
Real Sex Education
Maybe sex doesn't feel the way you want it to.
Your desire has changed and you don’t really know why.
You find yourself in your head during sex rather than feeling what’s happening in your body. You’re not sure what you actually like, what turns you on, or how to ask for more of it. Pleasure or arousal feels harder to access than you expected.
Your body has changed through stress, postpartum life, ageing, hormones or another transition.
Or maybe nothing feels particularly wrong.
You just have a sense that there could be more.
More sensation.
More connection.
More curiosity.
More pleasure.
More of a sex life that actually feels like yours.

Hi, I'm Miranda.
I believe understanding your sexuality should feel less mysterious than it often does.
My work is about helping you make sense of your body, understand how desire and pleasure work for you, and develop a more connected relationship with your own experience.
I bring together Holistic Sexology, intimacy education, somatic practice and specialised pelvic care, with an approach that is body-led, trauma-informed and grounded in curiosity rather than judgement.
My role isn’t to tell you what your sexuality should look like. It’s to offer education, practices and support that help you understand yourself more deeply and make more informed choices about pleasure, intimacy and sex.
"...she is caring, perceptive, brings a level of ease that helps you relax into the process and be comfortable..."

Ways to Work With Me
Spacious, body-led sessions exploring desire, pleasure, intimacy, sexuality, nervous system regulation and body awareness, with space for education, somatic practice and Integrative Pelvic Care.
In-person pelvic care using
Tami Lynn Kent’s method, supporting awareness, sensation, release of tension and a deeper relationship with the pelvis through gentle, pelvic floor body-work.
Coaching and education supporting intimacy, communication, pleasure, desire and sexual connection, with space to explore patterns, build understanding and develop more connected ways of relating.
Spacious. Body-led. No rushing.
Most of us were never taught how to understand our own bodies, communicate about sexuality, or recognise what we’re actually feeling. Your body and nervous system don't always move at the pace of the mind.
These sessions create space to slow down, notice more, become curious and explore sensation without needing to get anywhere in particular.
There is space to move at your pace, with choice throughout.
