Vulva & Vagina
Mapping
Vulva & Vagina mapping can be defined as the exploration and familiarising with your own vulva and vagina, the sensations and pleasure pathways. In doing this you have the opportunity to discover your own external and internal genitalia; learning more detailed arousal anatomy, and how the vaginal walls feel to touch.
Vulva and vagina mapping is an intimate exploration of your genital landscape — getting to know the sensations, textures, and pleasure pathways that make up your unique arousal anatomy. In this practice, you’re invited to become familiar with your external and internal genitalia, learning more about your arousal structures, how your vaginal walls feel to touch, and discovering the erogenous zones that hold potential for pleasure, presence, and healing.
This guided process offers an orientation to the terrain of your vulva and vagina — an opportunity to meet your anatomy with curiosity, tenderness, and respect. Perhaps through mirror work, attuned touch, or dialogue with your body, you can bring conscious awareness to places that may have been unseen, disconnected, or holding tension. Vulva and vagina mapping is not a goal-oriented experience; it’s an invitation to listen and to feel - evoking an opportunity to rewire your brain with your most intimate parts.
These sessions are available online and in person (by request), offering the same depth, presence, and support in either setting. For online sessions, we meet via Zoom, and I’ll guide you through preparing your space so you feel comfortable and at ease. There’s no nudity on camera — only your face will be visible throughout the session.
Please note: to support your experience for an online booking, it’s recommended to have your Cervix Serpent™ with you for the session. This recommend product is not included in your session investment, so please purchase this in advance. You can find the details below.
