At We the Femme, I approach sexuality, pleasure, intimacy and pelvic wellness through a holistic lens — one that honours the connection between body, mind, energy, and, for some, spirit. This work isn’t about following a formula. It’s a collaborative, intuitive process led by you — shaped by your body’s cues, your experiences and your pace. Here, you’re invited to slow down and listen. To feel rather than strive. To meet yourself with curiosity and care. This is the feminine way — a return to your body’s rhythm and wisdom. When we work this way, your nervous system feels safer to relax and unwind, your body begins to trust, and your innate intelligence guides from within.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a deeply restorative physical and energetic practice, developed by Tami Lynn Kent, M.S. Physical Therapy. This work supports you in reconnecting with your pelvic bowl – assessing, addressing, and restoring harmony within this vital centre. Through gentle pelvic floor bodywork and energetic alignments, balance and flow are reawakened, inviting you to come home to your body’s natural state of presence, vibrancy and wholeness.
